It is not clear whether it, too, is linked to the Indian Fair in October 1938 or what provided inspiration for this arrangement. The arrangement is marked with narrative elements: I imagine a colonialist play, someone playing piano accompanying a choreographed piece with someone in costume, possible kids or amateur theater. "A bear comes out," reads the first part of narration. "Hunting chestnuts in the leaves; scratching faster and faster. Winds a hunter, stops, retreats! (Dancers dance backward.) Bears climbs a tree, indicated by upward arm motion etc."
